neoPROXYRADIUS offers carrier grade reliability in large-scale radius installations.

The system supports Queued Accounting, which is extremely useful in a network with large volumes of accounting traffic generated by network devices. The accounting data is reliably and quickly queued to fault-tolerant disk, and then dequeued as backend and operational systems can handle it.

This is ideal when operating a large network where OSS performance is an issue, or systems maintenance and  upgrades could cause back-office outages which causes the loss of accounting data.

neoPROXYRADIUS is essentially a policy based radius router, that allows for Multi-Realm proxying, Unacked Accounting Copies to destinations based on realms, Response Caching, Duplicate Detection.

Authentication policies can also be configured to rate-limit and avoid “authentication storms”.

Full instrumentation logs provide radius performance metrics, and comprehensive audit logging allows you to archive AAA data to long-term storage for regulatory purposes.

neoPROXYRADIUS is capable of proxying and relaying in excess for 3000 requests per second, on reasonably sized Dual Xeon HP DL380 platform, depending on configuration.
