Neology rolls out Wimax D network in Nairobi.......

Tangerine, an ISP in Kenya, utilised Neology for an end to end 3,3Ghz Wimax d network covering Nairobi. Redline Wimax was selected for the last mile and SAF Tehnika backhaul links were installed. A total of 6 sites are installed with another 16 more sites to follow. Neology developed a provisioning system called neoPROV that ensures network automation and simplifies the network management.

Neology's OSS and BSS has been installed and Tangerine is offering capped, uncapped packages and various hosted solutions. Due to the 24hr technical support offered by Neology, Tangerine does not need to hire high end technical skills as Neology supports Tangerine remotely from South Africa. Tangerine plans to roll out in 2 more Kenyan cities.
